Dr. Tom Hyland Robertson, DC, RYT

Dr. Robertson (AKA “Dr T”) draws on a wide variety of chiropractic and physical therapy techniques including:

He is also highly trained in functional (lab-based) nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture, yoga and yoga therapy, and reiki.

Dr. Robertson earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National College of Chiropractic (now National University of Health Sciences) in 2000.  He has been practicing chiropractic since 1999, when he participated in a community-based internship program near Chicago. He also holds undergraduate degrees in biology and human biology from Loyola and NCC.  Dr. Robertson is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and fully licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has Physical Therapy and Dry Needling privileges in Maryland. He holds a Certificate in Nutrition from Northwestern Health Sciences University and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association. 

He’s also been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years, has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course, and is registered as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT). He’s also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and often incorporates yoga techniques such as asana, breathwork, and meditation into his treatments.
