Telehealth, or a “virtual visit,” is a great option for patients who aren’t able to come in to the office. Through our simple, secure teleheath application, you can video chat with Dr. Robertson from the comfort of your own home.

Depending on your individual needs and concerns, he can answer questions, provide nutritional consultations, offer physical therapy guidance and review exercises, and work with you on stress-management techniques.

The Technology

All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Your laptop, phone, or tablet is fine—just make sure it’s fully charged or plugged in. Please download either the Chrome or Firefox internet browser and test it in advance.

When you schedule your visit, we’ll send you a link to your private appointment, along with information about our easy-to-use telehealth program. We’ll walk you through everything, and you can always call us at 410-305-1331 if you have any problems.

Payment

Virtual visits are often covered by your insurance at a similar rate to your normal appointment fee; we will check the details of your specific insurance plan prior to your appointment. Patients who do not have insurance can book a telehealth appointment for the same discounted fee as their in-person appointments.

When you call to schedule, just let us know that you would like a virtual visit. We’ll ask you to fill out the Telehealth Informed Consent form before your appointment. If an in-person would be better for your situation, we’ll let you know that, too.
